Social Media is still in a development process where require more successful study cases, more good practices to be shared with the community. How you measure your return on investment ROI is to be pondered I think. That is possible when there are good practices over there

Can intangibles like "Love" be strategized?


  • A- Marketing results via the channel,including identifying new customers, is longer than expected
  • B- And 17% are wary that social media gives customers an opportunity to criticize their businesses

Leaders and Laggards is a concept I really liked a lot, Social Media Customers Leaders are those who loves putting up equity to their brand by building relationships strategies while Laggards are those who ”lack this channel of communication to provide clarification for their customers”

Still to my opinion, quoting Mikolaj Jan Piskorski from Harvard University, there is not a proper Social Strategy for social media yet (I prefer to call it Corporate Social Media Strategy instead). I haven’t seen them around the web or via famous social media guides yet, however, operational Social Media tactics used by companies or particulars are spread abundantly

I will try to make a Corporate Social Media Strategy graph to be discussed and enhanced in next articles if my little 6 months baby boy allow me to J
